During out onboarding, we work closely with our companies to close existing gaps within 12 months of acquisition. As well as the compliance / risk committee, ESG committee and Board, we ask all companies to appoint nominated individual(s) responsible for ESG integration and work closely with them to develop their internal ESG committees, policies and plans.

As a minimum standard, we expect all portfolio companies, to hold processes around maintenance of risk register, whistle blowing mechanisms and annual training on policies.
