We have developed a Diversity & Inclusion Policy to set out our ambition to maintain a culture of equity for people from all backgrounds, underpinning Cabot’s recruitment practices, the development and retention of employees, and the way we engage with companies on board appointments.

This commitment extends to our portfolio. Cabot continuously engages with its portfolio companies on diversity and inclusion topics, including relevant policies, gender and/or ethnicity pay gaps, and monitoring of KPIs.

Furthermore, Cabot has a Diversity Committee which meets at least quarterly to ensure adherence to our policy and monitor progress made across goals set both at Cabot and across the Portfolio.
