Premier participates in many community projects to support this goal. Most recently these include working with the charity Real Aid to support local communities at Christmas, supporting a local footballing scheme for young people aimed at helping to reduce anti-social behaviour and sponsoring a cycling challenge in support of the Autism Society.

In June 2021 Premier acquired NetZero Buildings (“NZB”), an award-winning provider of energy efficient buildings and homes for the public sector. The acquisition of NZB forms a core tenant of Premier’s ESG plan, supporting the development of net zero and low carbon solutions and acting as a catalyst for sustainability across the business. This has included extensive solar power electrification of Premier’s production facilities.

Premier has a Zero Waste to Landfill policy and a Carbon Reduction plan to reduce emissions from operations to net zero by 2035.
