The rapid growth of JBR in the past six years has brought bursts of recruitment in an industry which typically attracts limited female talent. A thorough review was conducted to determine whether gender pay gap and other unfair discrepancies in salaries exist.

JBR has defined, built and implemented a progressive and consistent workplace culture with full support from Directors and Investors. SMCR demands first-class culture and the FCA increasingly champions a healthy, transparent and cohesive operating framework for the company

Climate action

JBR is implementing an emissions monitoring framework that offsets 5,000 miles worth of carbon for each vehicle funded. Emissions will be offset via carbon credits purchased through certified offsetting programmes. The work aims to raise awareness amongst clients about the importance of offsetting.

JBR is a provider of point-of-sale high end vehicle financing to prime customers in the UK, and to date has written over £750m of loans.

JBR has taken responsibility for their environmental impact through detailed carbon offsetting projects.
